NOTE: This website is a Bubble in the Bubble Map of the free-to-play massively-multiplayer online-and-offline matrix-building thoughtware-upgrade context-shift personal-transformation game called StartOver.xyz, powered by Possibility Management. It is a doorway to experiments that upgrade your thoughtware so you can create more possibility. Your knowledge is what you think about. Your thoughtware is what you use to think with. When you change your thoughtware, you go through a liquid state as your mind reorganizes itself. Liquid states can bring up transformational feelings and emotions. By upgrading your thoughtware you build matrix to hold more consciousness. No one can do this for you. No one can stop you from doing it. Our theory is that when we collectively build one million more Matrix Points we will change the morphogenetic field of the human race for the better. Please choose responsibly to read this website. What Is Expectation?
How To Create Revenge
Step 1
Make an assumption about someone. Anyone can make an assumption about anything for no reason.
Step 2
Believe your assumption is true. I mean, you are not stupid, why would you make an assumption if you did not believe it to be true? Asumming that your assumptions is true - making a double assumption - turns your assumption into an expectation. Then hold your expectation against that person.
Step 3
Wait until they break your expectation. It will happen. If it does not happen, then it probably means that you have surrounded yourself with people who are so adaptive that they are not themselves and their survival strategy is to fulfill everybody's expectation around them. You never get to be with that person, you only get to be with their survival strategy.
When the person against whom who were holding your expectation does not fulfill it, what do you feel? Resentment from the experience that you have been betrayed. Someone did not behave the way you wanted them to.Step 4
If you can prove that you have been betrayed you by not fulfilling your expectation; if you can prove that you have resentment, then you have evidences that you have been victimized. And what does a victim get to do if they can prove to someone they have been victimized? Take revenge on their persecutor!
Any assumption you make has only one purpose: to take revenge on the person you made the assumption against.
Making assumptions, holding expectations, harboring resentments, and plotting revenge is just Gremlin food.
What if someone makes an agreement with me?
It is quite resonable to expect from someone with whom you made an agreement that they will keep their agreement. However, that is still an expectation.
If you expect them to keep their agreement, will it change anything about whether or not they will keep their agreement?
No. People do what they do, independently of your expectation.
What if they made promises?
Experiments
Can you live without any expectations?
WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Matrix Code XPECTATI.01
Make a list in your BEEP!Book of things you have been waiting for.
We usually wait for things that haven't happened yet. Or have you ever heard of someone waiting for yesterday's train?
We wait for something to happen in the future. Something is supposed to happen, someone is supposed to come, is supposed to say or do something. Then. Later.
When you wait for something, you have an expectation. When you have an expectation, you have a story about the future. Stories are never true. Stories are just stories.
Write in your list what you have been waiting for in your life. And also write down what you are waiting for right now. After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code XPECTATI.01 in your free account at StartOver.xyz

EXPECTATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS
Matrix Code XPECTATI.02
The difference between assumption and expectation is not always and not clear to everyone. Basically, I could say, "An assumption begins with the words: I assume that...". An expectation begins with the words, "I expect that...".
An expectation usually aims at the fact that in the future something will be this way or that way or one or more persons will do or be this or that.An assumption tends to describe something static and something that has already happened or has already been decided. "I assume that a Hungarian goulash will have a lot of paprika in it."
One of 5000 possible expectations that could arise from this assumption would be, "I expect the cook to season my Hungarian goulash with a good amount of paprika."

20 EXPECTATIONS
Matrix Code XPECTATI.03
Open a new blank left page in your BEEP!Book.
The right side of the book should also be blank. On the left side of the book, write the heading: 20 Expectations I Have Right Now. The right book page gets the heading Underlying Assumptions
This experiment is finished when there are 20 expectations on the left side and the underlying assumptions on the right side.
It doesn't matter whether you have these expectations about one person or about a larger group of people. It is also not important whether you are convinced that your expectation is reasonable and your assumption is true. You can also write down expectations that you have had for a very long time, perhaps since you were a small child.

EXPECTATION MEANS WAITING
Matrix Code XPECTATI.04
There is also in English the word "to await" which includes the word "to wait". Yes, that's how it is with expectations. We wait for them because their fulfillment / non-fulfillment is in the future.
It's kind of like standing on a railroad track and always looking in the direction of the tracks that are running, and there at the back, at the very back, where the two steel tracks run together, that's where your expectation will finally be fulfilled. And while you wait for your expectation to finally be fulfilled, your life passes. (And the person who could fulfill your expectation may be playing poker in Naples right now).
Take the list of expectations you've written down over the last few days, and after each expectation, write how long you're willing to wait for your expectation to be fulfilled.1 day? 2 weeks? 5 years?

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU - PART I
Matrix Code XPECTATI.05
What is expected of you? I think my landlord expects me to pay the rent every month. Behind this could be the assumption that the rent payment is reasonable and he is entitled to it because we agreed on it in the contract and I live there after all. So there my landlord stands on the track month after month and expects my money on the first of the month. And he expects that, as far as he can see, every month.
Who expects something from you? And what? Write in your BEEP!Book who is on the track waiting for something that only you can do / be.
Employers, landlords, neighbors, friends, parents, teachers, partners. What are they expecting? And what are the underlying assumptions? After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code XPECTATI.05 in your free account at StartOver.xyz

EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU - PART II
Matrix Code XPECTATI.06
When you have done the experiment Expectations of You, go over all the points you wrote down. Look at the assumptions. Each one. And what feelings do you have now?
For each assumption, start sentences with the words, "I feel anger/fear/sadness/joy because..."After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code XPECTATI.06 in your free account at StartOver.xyz

IF YOU ARE GOING TO EXPECT, THEN AT LEAST EXPECT CORRECTLY
Matrix Code XPECTATI.07
I have noticed that many of my assumptions and expectations are not conscious to me. They are unconscious to me, lie in the shadows and can make for some neat low drama. So I came up with an experiment where you can consciously look at the whole loop. By loop I mean:
a) You assume something.
b) You believe your assumption and make it an expectation of someone.
c) You wait for the fulfillment of your expectation.
d) You are disappointed.
e) You get angry (resentment)
f) You take revenge.
Examine a situation in your life where something went wrong, for example, you were bitterly disappointed. That would be point d) from the loop (You are disappointed.). Write this down, "He/she disappointed me by/because..." Then write down the other 5 points as well, until the whole loop is complete (a - f).
Do the same with 2-3 other situations in your life where people have disappointed you, you were wrong about them or they hurt you. After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code XPECTATI.07 in your free account at StartOver.xyz

THWART OTHERS' EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
Matrix Code XPECTATI.08
Exploring what feedback you get when you don't meet others' expectations goes a long way. Here are a few examples:
- Order a table at a restaurant and get there an hour early.
- Order something in the restaurant that is not on the menu.
- Pay with a foreign currency.
- Call someone and don't speak a word during the call; wait until the other person hangs up.
- Give gifts that were not expected or give nothing when it is expected.
- Tip inappropriately.
- Walk through a mall singing loudly.
I recommend that you follow the following rule from Rageclub: Don't hurt yourself / Don't hurt another person / Don't get arrested and locked up.
How do you feel when you don't do what is expected, what is common? When people say you have disappointed or hurt them? After completing this experiment, please register Matrix Code XPECTATI.08 in your free account at StartOver.xyz
